一、吸收设备
 
I. Absorption Equipment
吸收设备采用低挥发或不挥发性溶剂对VOCs进行吸收,再利用VOCs和吸收剂物理性质的差异进行分离。
 
VOCs are absorbed by low volatile or non-volatile solvents in the absorption equipment, and then separated by the difference of physical properties between VOCs and absorbents.

在用多孔性固体质处理流体混合物时,流体中的某一组分或某些组分可被吸表面并浓集其上,此现象称为吸附。吸附处理废气时,吸附的对象是气态污染物,气固吸附。被吸附的气体组分称为吸附质,多孔固体物质称为吸附剂。
 
When porous solids are used to treat fluid mixtures, a component or some component in the fluid can be absorbed onto the surface and concentrated on it. This phenomenon is called adsorption. When the waste gas is adsorbed, the object of adsorption is gaseous pollutants, gas-solid adsorption. Adsorbed gases are called adsorbates and porous solid substances are called adsorbents.
 
三、有机废气的燃烧及催化净化设备
 
3. Combustion and Catalytic Purification Equipment of Organic Waste Gas
燃烧法用于处理高浓度Voc与有恶臭的化合物很有效,其原理是用过量的空气使这些杂质燃烧,大多数生成二氧化碳和水蒸气,可以排放到大气中。但当处理含氯和含硫的有机化合物时,燃烧生成产物中HCl或SO2,需要对燃烧后气体进一步处理。
 
Combustion is very effective in treating high concentration Voc and odorous compounds. The principle is that these impurities are burned by excessive air. Most of them produce carbon dioxide and water vapor, which can be discharged into the atmosphere. However, when dealing with organic compounds containing chlorine and sulfur, HCl or SO2 in the combustion products need to be further treated after combustion.

等离子体就是处于电离状态的气体,其英文名称是plasma,它是由美国科学 muir,于1927年在研究低气压下汞蒸气中放电现象时命名的。等离子体由大量的子、中性原子、激发态原子、光子和自由基等组成,但电子和正离子的电荷数必须体表现出电中性,这就是“等离子体”的含义。
 
Plasma is an ionized gas. Its English name is plasma. It was named by American science Muir in 1927 when he studied the phenomenon of discharge in mercury vapor at low pressure. The plasma consists of a large number of electrons, neutral atoms, excited state atoms, photons and free radicals, but the charge number of electrons and positive ions must be electrically neutral, which is the meaning of "plasma".
